The software developed at the Institute for the wireless control and readout of data from surveying gyroscopes via Bluetooth must be adapted to the specific project. Good results can only be expected because we are scientifically involved in such measuring systems, most recently in particular with automated temperature calibration thanks to the possibilities we have in the Geodetic Laboratory of the UniBw Munich. The accuracy of the measurement method to be used depends on the latitude of the location. The measurements in Stockholm (approx. 60° N) give us the opportunity to compare the accuracy with the measurements in Munich (approx. 48° N). This is not only applied research, but also basic research, as it involves the investigation of physical laws. Furthermore, the orientation controls are concerned with the investigation of refraction ratios and questions as to how their harmful influences.
can be eliminated as far as possible through modeling.
