It combines two perspectives (BOTTOM UP and TOP DOWN) and three analysing methods (BPMN, coordination and graph theory). Detailed processes and interdependencies are illustrated, networks formed, process parameters defined and evaluation and interpretation potentials described. Problems and abnormalities are clustered and action recommended.
