This paradigm shift is driven by the fact that more traditional delivery methods, e.g. fixed price contracts, often fail the budget (cost overrunning) and the project is not on time. This presentation outlines the main principles of an alternative project delivery approach like • early contractor involvement • open book, • shared risk, • collaborative work, • unanimous decisions. The previously mentioned methods offer an collaborative approach, save cost and time and mitigate risk. These delivery methods can handle complexity much better and can be used by large infrastructure projects like highspeed railway construction or similar.}, note = {Vortrag bei International Construction Project Management Association 2022}, institution = {Universität der Bundeswehr München, Fakultät für Bauingenieurwesen und Umweltwissenschaften, BAU 8 - Institut für Projektmanagement und Bauwirtschaft, Professur: Sander, Philip}, }
