This thesis describes lightning measurements at the TV tower „Hoher Peißenberg“, including lightning current, electric and magnetic fields. In the first part, theoretical basics about thunderstorms, the development of lightning discharges and their parameters are presented. The second part of the thesis describes the lightning measurement station „Hoher Peißenberg“, especially its design, its construction and the function of the equipment. The lightning current and its time-derivative are measured by a shunt and a current monitor at the tower top. With the new measurement equipment in a measuring cabin at the tower base, current records with a duration of 2,56 s and a resolution of 10 ns are possible for the first time. The measurement computer at the tower base generates a trigger signal, which is sent to a field measuring cabin, using a fiber optical link. This second measuring cabin is located at a distance of about 200 m to the tower. On the roof of this cabin, sensors for the measurement of the electric and magnetic field and their time-derivatives are installed. The induced voltage in an overhead power line and a high-speed video of the lightning discharge are recorded additionally. The computer equipment in the field measuring cabin is similar to the one in the tower. In the third part of the thesis, the statistical analysis for lightning current, magnetic and electric field and the induced over-voltage are presented. The lightning currents were subdevided into three types (IS, RS, M) and analyzed with regard to their characteristic parameters. These are, for example, the maximum current, the charge or the current rise-time. Oscillation were found in many current measurements and analyzed in detail. The oscillations could be explained by resonance effects at the tower top, which was verified by a simulation of the tower. The measurement data of the electric field could be subdevided into three types, which arise directly from the mechanism of the corresponding lightning current. For the magnetic field, the proportionality to the current was verified.
